Personalized Introductory to Yoga
Service Description
Private sessions are perfect for students who are either new to yoga or at a beginner level looking to build confidence in order to transition into public studio classes, all within the comfort of your own home or desired space. You will learn fundamentals of yoga including breathing techniques, meditative practices, foundational postures and pose groups, and props to support your body in each one. You will also be taught proper alignment for each posture, tailored to your unique body, build and condition so that you feel confident taking the appropriate modifications during any class, no matter the level. The session includes a 60 minute practice and a 15 minute check-in/open discussion about current state and goals.
